Access for All

Support access and inclusion for everyone of all abilities through adaptive sports and programming for the LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities as well as English language learners.

These two programs teach life-saving water safety skills to children and teens whose families lack the resources to pay for swimming lessons.

THPF supports free Mobile Recreation programs all summer long that bring inclusive activities to parks, Title 1 schools, affordable housing and social service sites across the community.

Workforce Development

We offer various internship programs for underserved youth that provide hands-on work experience and preparation for a career in conservation or parks and recreation.

The Friends of the Elsie Stuhr Center

A vibrant hub for older adults, the Stuhr Center offers outstanding health and recreational programs and support groups for those dealing with chronic health conditions. Financial aid ensures access for those with low incomes.

Centro de Bienvenida welcomes newcomers to our community by providing specialized support to English language learners and people with disabilities to register for THPRD programs.
