THPF’s signature program, Access For All, responds dynamically to Washington County’s changing demographics by expanding inclusive recreation for all by supporting financial aid and cultural programs that serve children and adults with disabilities, low-income families, older adults, non-English speakers, and others facing physical, cultural, or economic barriers to participation.

Access for All
Our signature program helps remove barriers for families experiencing economic hardship and people experiencing physical and intellectual disabilities.
Friends of the Elsie Stuhr Center
Support THPRD’s vibrant community center for older adults and ensure that those whose budgets don’t stretch far enough can access the enriching programs and activities.
Memorial or Honorary Gift
Celebrate a friend or family member on a birthday, anniversary, or “just because.” Honor the memory of a loved one with a meaningful gift to let their family know that you remember them.
Legacy Circle
A three-year commitment of $1,200 annually (paid yearly or in monthly installments of $100) accelerates Access for All. Giving at this level sustains a commitment to inclusion in parks and programs.
Sponsorship Opportunities
Partner with THPF to reach more than 65,000 attendees who participate in THPRD’s more than 100 annual events. Use cause-related marketing to connect your brand with hundreds of thousands of people who attend our events each year.
