Recreation Programs
Parent/child classes
provide an opportunity for parent and child to participate in a class together. This is a great way to introduce your little ones to the classroom atmosphere while maintaining the comfort they get from having you with them. We also offer parent/child classes to older children and their families, which allows them to spend time together learning a new sport
or activity.
Preschool classes are offered for children from infants to 6 years old. These classes provide exciting opportunities for preschool-age children to participate in age-appropriate activities within a shorter class time. In these classes participants learn social skills as well as class specific skills.
Youth classes are offered to children ages 6-12. 
Youth classes provide a safe, learning environment for your children to try new sports and hobbies or to continue working on skills involved with their favorites.
Teen classes are offered to patrons 11-17 years of age. Conestoga is adding new classes designed to help your teen get involved in new activities, enjoy class with peers, and spend time more wisely.
Family classes are offered to patrons of all ages. Conestoga is currently offering family tennis and family martial arts classes.
Adult classes are also offered in many of our recreation programs for those 18 and up. Conestoga has a great selection of adult fitness classes.
